The Mission of KJ Consulting Group is to advocate quality in early care and out of school time programs for children and youth through continued education and training for Educators, Parents, Community Partners and Supporters.

Founded by Ms. Kamila Johnson, the organization provides ongoing Technical Assistance, Consultation, and Training for administrators and staff of school systems, charter schools and community based child care programs. KJ Consulting Group are highly experienced professionals with qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Human Resource Management, Frontline Management and work place training and assessment. With a collective total of over 50 years in the education profession, our Consultants are well placed to provide you with the specialized assistance and support that you require.

The KJ Consulting team has extensive experience in a variety of early childhood service types, including Head Start, Early Head Start, community based organizations (CBO), Higher Education, local, regional, and interstate settings. Between them the team has experience working in areas of Teaching, Directing, Children Services Management, Children Services, and educational advising, quality improvement and assurance, adult education, inclusion support, and coaching/mentoring.
